At our guesthouse, we invite you to discover the café-bar with a terrace—the perfect place to start your day with a flavorful coffee or unwind in the evening with a hot drink, a refreshing beverage, or an alcoholic cocktail.

Finnish Sauna, located at Zăvoiul Nistrului, has a capacity of 8 people and is equipped with a relaxation area featuring a spacious sofa, table, and chairs; cold/hot shower, toilet, hairdryer, slippers; "shock" bucket with cold water.
If the sauna is not reserved by other guests, you can extend your sauna session if desired – the price for an additional hour is 500 MDL.

Reservations are made for a minimum of 2 hours.
The sauna is heated with firewood at temperatures between 90-100°C and is refreshed with fresh hay after each reservation.

The bath is located in a specially designed area, which also includes a small terrace with a table and chairs.
Important: The water in the bath is changed individually for each guest who reserves it, for each session.

This is actually a bath where up to 6 people can sit comfortably in hot water, at 42°C, infused with aromatic plants.
If you're seeking a unique total relaxation experience, just a few steps away from your villa, you'll find the Japanese bath.
Japanese Bath
The mini-terraces are equipped with soft furniture, a small table, a grill, a built-in sink, and running water.
When booking 2-3 cottages, you will receive a personal area opposite your cottages where you can relax together, as additional tables and chairs are not provided in the cottages. This area is equipped with a sink, water supply, a cauldron, a grill, and all the necessary barbecue utensils.
The barbecue area is located 10 meters from the cottages and is shared among all triangular cottages.

At our guesthouse, children can have fun safely on our small playground, specially designed for them. Equipped with swings, a slide, and a sandbox, it’s the perfect place for outdoor play and joy for our little visitors. On the banks of the Dniester River, there is also a volleyball net.
For lovers of strategic games, our guesthouse offers a dedicated outdoor chess area where you can enjoy relaxing matches in a beautiful natural setting. Whether you are an experienced player or just want to try something new, this spot is perfect for leisure and intellectual challenges.
