The complex features multiple single-level and two-level cottages with panoramic views, accommodating four adults and at least two children.
Single-Level Villa
2500 MDL
The single-level villa accommodates 2/4 adult guests and is equipped with 2 double beds, separated by a wall with a stove.
Breakfast included: tea / coffee + croissant at 9:00 AM
A mini terrace with soft furniture and a small table, a barbecue, a built-in sink, and water.

In the villa, you will find: a bathroom, toilet, towels, bed linen, a dish set, a kettle, a refrigerator, air conditioning, an electric fireplace, and a wood stove (heated from the outside by staff).

For reservations of 2-3 cottages, you will be provided with a dedicated area opposite your cottages, where you can all relax together, as additional tables or chairs are not provided inside the cottages.
Triangular Villa

The villa has 2 levels and consists of a single room with 2 double beds (one on the first level and another on the second level). The beds are visible.
Near the villa, you have: a table with 4 chairs, an umbrella, and a hammock during summer.

In the villa, you will find: a bathroom, toilet, towels, bed linen, a dish set, a kettle, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, air conditioning, an electric fireplace, and a wood stove (heated from the outside by staff).

The barbecue area is located 10 meters from the villa and is shared by all triangular cottages. It is equipped with a built-in sink, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and barbecue utensils.

We do not have a kitchen on-site, but inside the cottages, you will find menus with delivery options from restaurants in Soroca city, or you can bring your own food.
We want every guest to enjoy a relaxing and harmonious experience. Therefore, we have prepared a few simple rules to ensure everyone's comfort and safety.
Smoking and the use of spark-producing devices are strictly prohibited inside the villas for security reasons. If you have a hookah, it can be used only on the cottage terrace or at the bar terrace.

According to the complex's schedule, cleaning in the villas is done on the second day if the stay is for three days.

If you require additional cleaning, we offer this service for a fee of 200 MDL (the time is arranged individually).

We can provide dishes and cutlery—glasses, plates, knives, forks. If any provided items break or go missing, you will be required to cover the cost. The price list is available at reception.

Pets are not allowed.

Changes to the check-in/check-out schedule are possible only if the villa is available and/or no other reservation is planned. The additional fee for extending the stay is 100 MDL per hour. The check-in/check-out schedule must be confirmed at reception.
Ball games are not allowed inside the villas.

Drawing with stationery such as markers, watercolor, or gouache is prohibited inside the villas.
According to regulations, the water temperature in the Japanese bath is heated to 40-42°C. If you want a higher temperature, an additional heating session costs 1500 MDL.

The duration of a session in the Japanese bath is one hour. If you wish to extend the session, each additional hour costs 500 MDL.

For safety and standard compliance, the sauna temperature must be maintained between 90-100°C. Therefore, we cannot increase the temperature beyond this range.

Activities for all ages!
For active relaxation, there is also a volleyball court. Additionally, the property features a specially designed hall for special events and an outdoor chess area.
Here, you will find pavilions, a swimming pool, Japanese baths, and saunas. For revitalization and relaxation, you can also enjoy hot barrel baths with aromatic herbs—an authentic Japanese bathing tradition that will make your stay even more enjoyable.
